Returns

*All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, including manufacturer packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories. Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.

Returns must be made within 60 days of receiving the product.

Return in person: 

• Bring your return to the sport shop at Powder Mountain (next to the Timberline Lodge) to make your return in person.
• Winter Season (December – Second weekend in April)
• Hours 9am-5pm

Ship your return:

• Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with sending items back

Refund Policy

• Please be aware that refunds can only be processed back to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

• If you decide you want a different size, color, or style, please set up a return for a refund as outlined above and place a new order. Placing a new order now will expedite the arrival of your new item and help to ensure it won't go out of stock.
